Summary: Alien Escape is a browser-based game. We collect minimal data — primarily for game functionality (local high scores) and, if you subscribe, for billing purposes via Paddle. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store your full payment card details. Paddle may collect your name, email address, and billing information under their own privacy policy.
Cookies from third-party advertisers: Free-tier users may receive interest-based advertising from Adsterra. These ads use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve relevant advertisements. See Section 4 for details.

5. PADDLE — PAYMENT PROCESSING

All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle processes payments, handles VAT/tax compliance, and is the entity appearing on your billing statement. Paddle's privacy policy governs all data collected during checkout. 6. DATA RETENTION

Game data stored in your browser's localStorage is retained until you clear your browser data or explicitly reset it in settings. If you have a Paddle subscription, transaction records are retained as required by Paddle and applicable financial regulations. Server logs are purged after 90 days.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
